1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using /Sales (the “Service”) operated by Slash UI Pte. Ltd. (“Slash UI”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

/Sales is a sales management platform that enables users to build portfolios, manage leads, track deals through sales lifecycle phases, generate quotes, and share project proposals with clients. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate, complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
  • We may assign roles (Admin, Sales Head, Sales Agent) that determine your access level

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
  • Circumvent discount approval workflows or pricing controls
  • Share your account credentials with third parties
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Slash UI Pte. Ltd. You retain ownership of the business data you enter (leads, deals, portfolios, quotes). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Portfolio Sharing

When you create shareable portfolio links, you are responsible for controlling access by setting appropriate expiry dates. Shared links are accessible without authentication until they expire. We are not responsible for any information viewed by unintended recipients via links you share.

7. Discount & Pricing Rules

The platform enforces discount approval tiers. Sales agents may self-approve discounts up to 10%. Discounts between 10-20% require Sales Head approval. Discounts exceeding 20% require Admin approval. These rules are enforced server-side and may not be bypassed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Slash UI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
