Slash UI Pte. Ltd. (“Slash UI”, “we”, “us”) operates the /Sales platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

  • Name, email address, and profile photo (via Google OAuth or email signup)
  • Role and organisational affiliation within the platform

Business Data

  • Lead and contact information you enter (names, emails, companies, phone numbers)
  • Portfolio, module, deal, and quote data you create
  • Files you upload (business cards, portfolio assets, documents)

Usage Data

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Device and session information for security purposes

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the /Sales platform
  • To authenticate your identity and manage your account
  • To process your portfolios, leads, deals, and quotes
  • To enforce role-based access controls and discount approval workflows
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmations, share link notifications)
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

  • Supabase — database and authentication provider
  • Vercel — hosting and deployment platform
  • Google — OAuth authentication (if you sign in with Google)

Portfolio share links you create are accessible to anyone with the link until expiry. You control when and with whom you share these links.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Your Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Withdraw consent for data processing
  • Request deletion of your personal data

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security policies on all database tables, server-side validation, and role-based access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
